Değerli Mensuplarımız,

COVID-19 İzleme ve Yönetme süreçleri kapsamında mensuplarımızın HES kodlarının toplanması ihtiyacı doğmuştur. Bu amaçla ODTÜ Portalı'na aşağıda bağlantısı verilen HES Kodu Kayıt hizmeti eklenmiştir:

Mensuplarımızın ilgili bağlantıyı kullanarak HES kodu ve telefon numarası bilgilerini vermesi gerekmektedir. Sağlık Bakanlığı ile yapılan entegrasyon ile HES kodları sorgulanarak mensuplarımızın COVID-19 risk, hastalık, test ve aşı durumu bilgisi alınabilecektir. Bu bilgilerin sağlıklı olarak alınabilmesi için HES mobil uygulamasında yer alan HES Kod Ayarları seçeneğinde görüntülenen bilgilerinize erişim izni vermeniz gerekmektedir.

HES Kodu Kayıt hizmetine aynı zamanda Portal ana sayfasında (https://portal.metu.edu.tr) yer alan "İdari Süreçleri Destekleyen Hizmetler" kategorisinden ve "En çok kullanılan hizmetler" arasından ulaşılabilmektedir. HES kodları yine aynı adresten güncellenebilmektedir.

Dear Members,

In order to track and manage the possible COVID-19 cases, all our members are required to submit their HES Codes. For this purpose, HES Code Registration service link has been added to METU Portal:

https://portal.metu.edu.tr/pages/uygulamalar/hesSorgulamaKayit/hesKayit/...

By using the above link, it is required from our members to enter their HES Codes and phone numbers. Thanks to the cooperation with the Ministry of Health, we will be able to track the COVID-19 risk, disease, and test status of our members in addition to vaccination information by querying their HES Codes. For us to be able to access this information properly, you must check the HES Code Settings on your HES App (Life Fits Into Home) and make sure to allow the app to display this information when the code is queried.

You can see the HES Code Registration service on the main page of the METU Portal (https://portal.metu.edu.tr) under the Most Used Services title, or by clicking the Supportive Services for Administrative Processes among the service categories. When needed, you can also update your HES Code on the same page.
