Üniversitemizde çalışanlarımızın ve öğrencilerimizin sağlığını korumak, COVID-19 hastalığının yayılımını sınırlandırmak, COVID-19 hastası veya kurum dışı yakın temaslı mensuplarımızın takibini yapmak ve mensuplarımızdan COVID-19 hastası ile yakın temasta bulunmuş olanları en kısa sürede tespit etmek amacıyla tüm mensup ve ziyaretçilerimizin HES kodu sorgulamalarının yapılması zorunluluğu bulunmaktadır.

HES kodu sorgulamasının Sağlık Bakanlığı'nın "Hayat Eve Sığar" uygulaması üzerinden yapılmasının ODTÜ giriş kapılarında ve bölüm/birim girişlerinde aşırı yoğunluğa yol açacağı, mensuplarımızın zaman kaybetmesine sebep olabileceği ve sadece bu kontrollerle yeterince etkili önlem sağlanamayacağı için METU Portal üzerinden HES sorgulama arayüzü geliştirilmiştir.

Üniversitemize ve/veya bölüm/birimlerimize girişlerde mağduriyet yaşanmaması ve etkili önlem sağlanabilmesi için HES kodu bildirmeyen ve HES kodu geçerlilik süresi dolmuş olan mensuplarımızın (akademik, idari ve öğrenci) kampüse gelip gelmemesine bakmaksızın HES kodunu bildirmeleri gerekmektedir.

HES kodu kayıtları,

https://portal.metu.edu.tr/pages/uygulamalar/hesSorgulamaKayit/hesKayit/... bağlantısı üzerinden yapılabilmektedir. Kayıt işlemi sırasında herhangi bir teknik aksaklık yaşanması durumunda isgb-covid@metu.edu.tr e-posta adresine durumu açıklayan bir geri bildirim gönderildiğinde ilgili kişiler tarafından gerekli düzenleme veya düzeltmeler yapılarak başvuru sahibine geri dönüş sağlanacaktır.

Bölüm/birimlerimizde "COVID-19 Yönetim ve İzleme Planı (COVID-19 Y.İ.P.)" dahilinde HES sorgulama ve takip süreçlerini yürütmek amacıyla COVID-19 yönetim ve izleme yetkilisi ve COVID-19 yönetim ve izleme sorumluları görevlendirilmiştir. Sürecin etkin işletilebilmesi için görevlendirilen sorumlu veya yetkililer gün içerisinde sıklıkla HES Sorgulama ekranına girerek "riskli" olan kişilerle iletişim kuracaklar ve COVID-19 Pozitiflik veya yakın temaslılık durumlarını öğrenerek gerekli bilgilerin girişlerini sağlayacaklardır.

Dear Members,

In order to protect the health of our staff and students, reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission, keep track of our members who are either diagnosed with COVID-19 or are close contacts of other COVID-19 cases, it is obligatory for us to query the HES codes of all our members and visitors.

A HES Code Query page has been created on METU Portal because querying the codes via the "Hayat Eve Sığar (Life Fits Into Home)" application of the Ministry of Health would result in severe congestion at the entrances of our campus and departments/units, causing our members to lose time, and it would also not be a much effective measure to query the codes in person.

All our members (students, academic and administrative staff) who have not registered their HES codes yet and whose HES codes have been expired must enter their HES codes on the METU Portal regardless of whether they come to the campus or not, in order to avoid any possible issues about entering our university campus or departments/units and to help us take effective measures in this regard.

In case of any technical issues you might have during the code registration process, please send an email to isgb-covid@metu.edu.tr describing the problem, and the relevant unit will respond to your inquiry as quickly as possible having made the necessary corrections if needed.

In line with the "COVID-19 Management and Monitoring Plan (COVID-19 Y.İ.P.)," supervising staff have been assigned in our departments/units to carry out the HES code queries as well as managing and monitoring the COVID-19 situations under their supervision. The appointed staff will frequently check the page for querying HES codes during the day, contact the individuals with "Risky" status, learn the details of their situation (whether they tested positive or they were close contacts of other cases), and enter the information they received on the system so that the management and monitoring process will be conducted effectively.

Such personal information obtained as part of our COVID-19 management and monitoring efforts will be kept and processed within the limits specified in the Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).
