Üniversitemiz kampüsünde tüm mensuplarımız ve öğrencilerimiz için güvenli, sağlıklı ve huzurlu bir ortamı sağlamayı en öncelikli görevimiz olarak görüyoruz. Bu sorumluluğun bir parçası olarak, kritik durumlarda doğru kanallara en hızlı şekilde ulaşabilmeniz büyük önem taşımaktadır.

Bu kapsamda hem ulusal acil servislerin hem de kampüs güvenlik birimimizin kesintisiz hizmet veren iletişim numaraları ve bu numaraların hangi durumlarda kullanılması gerektiği konusunda kapsamlı ve faydalı hususları bilgilerinize sunmak istiyoruz.

112 Acil Servis İstasyonu:

Üniversitemizde acil sağlık hizmetlerini güçlendirmek amacıyla, kampüsümüzde T.C. Sağlık Bakanlığı'nın destekleriyle 112 Acil Servis İstasyonu hizmet vermektedir. İstasyon, Sağlık ve Rehberlik Merkezi (SRM) içinde bulunmakta ve 24 saat kesintisiz acil sağlık servisi ve ambulanslarla nakil hizmeti sağlamaktadır.

Kampüste sağlığınız ile ilgili acil müdahale gerektiren durumlarda:

· Yalnızca 112 Acil Çağrı Merkezi'ni arayınız,

· Bulunduğunuz açık konumu ve probleminizi net şekilde ifade ediniz,

· Sağlık ekiplerinin yönlendirmelerine uygun şekilde hareket ediniz.

2222 Kampüs Güvenlik Hattı:

Kampüs yaşamında karşılaşılabilecek acil durumlar için 7 gün 24 saat açık 2222 numaralı yardım hattı (0312 210 22 22) hizmet vermektedir.

Bu hat, kampüs sınırları içinde fiziksel güvenliğe tehdit oluşturan veya acil müdahale gerektiren durumlar başta olmak üzere, bunlarla sınırlı kalmamak kaydıyla, aşağıda yer alan örnek durumlarda öğrencilerimize ve çalışanlarımıza destek sunmak amacıyla hizmet vermektedir:

· Fiziki şiddet veya saldırı,

· Yangın ya da benzeri bir tehlike,

· Kaza durumu,

· Sokak hayvanı saldırısı veya benzeri riskler,

· Gece saatlerinde kampüs içinde güvenli ulaşım sorunu.

Acil bir durumla hiçbir zaman karşılaşmamanızı temenni eder; ancak bu numaraların, ihtiyaç duyduğunuz her an yanınızda olduğumuzu gösteren bir güvence olduğunu bilmenizi isteriz.

The provision of a safe, healthy, and peaceful environment for all our staff and students on our university campus is our foremost priority. As part of this responsibility, it is crucial that you can reach the correct channels as quickly as possible during critical situations.

In this context, we wish to present comprehensive and useful information regarding the continuously operating communication numbers of both the national emergency services and our Campus Security unit, and the specific situations in which these numbers should be utilized.

112 Emergency Services Station:

To enhance emergency health services at our university, a 112 Emergency Services Station operates on our campus with the support of the T.R. Ministry of Health. The station is located within the Health and Counseling Center (HCC) and provides 24/7 uninterrupted emergency health service and ambulance transfer services.

In situations requiring an emergency health response on campus:

· Call the 112 Emergency Call Center only.

· Clearly state your current location and the nature of your problem.

· Act in accordance with the guidance provided by the medical teams.

2222 Campus Security Hotline:

The 2222 help line (0312 210 22 22) operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for urgent situations that may be encountered in campus life.

This line is available to provide support to our students and employees in situations that pose a threat to physical safety or require immediate intervention within campus boundaries, including but not limited to the examples listed below:

· Physical violence or assault,

· Fire or a similar hazard,

· Accident,

· Stray animal attack or similar risks,

· Safe transportation concerns within the campus during night hours.

We hope that you will never have to face an emergency; however, we want you to know that these numbers are a guarantee of our continuous support, showing that we are by your side whenever you need us.
